About Us

Established in 1992 Australian Consolidated Plastics (ACP) is an Australian manufacturing company that specialises in Plastic Injection Moulding, Toolmaking, Production Machining and Recycling. 

Due to our low overhead structure we are able to provide a competitive service. We can assist in the design of your product. We can then build the suitable tooling to be ready to  pass onto our Injection Moulding Shop area for production, and subsequent delivery to the customer.

We have a very comprehensive tool room facility that comprises of CNC Lathe and Milling Machine as well as an EDM Machine and various other plants such as Surface grinders/Milling Machines, etc. This plant is supported with Computers that are equipped with CAD facility to create both Drawing and DXF file capability to drive the CNC type machines etc.

Our Injection Moulding Shop has a range of Injection Moulding Machines that range from 40 to 400  tonne capacity, together with a host of ancillary equipment that enables us to manufacture from a large range of plastic type materials.
